1. About the app
BHaven for Roblox RP is an unofficial fan-made companion app for popular town roleplay experiences on Roblox. It catalogs vehicles, houses, items, jobs, locations, secrets, props, outfits, gamepasses, map themes, weather events and emotes that appear in those games. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any game developer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Catalog data is sourced from publicly available community references.
2. Data we collect
2.1 What we do NOT collect
The app does not require accounts, does not ask for your name, email, phone, address or any other personal information. There is no user profile and no sign-in. The catalog displayed in the app comes pre-bundled with the install and is refreshed in the background by anonymous HTTPS requests to our content server.
2.2 Advertising identifier (Google AdMob)
The app displays banner and full-screen interstitial ads via the Google AdMob SDK. AdMob may access your device’s advertising identifier (AAID) to serve relevant ads and measure performance. This identifier is controlled by Google and can be reset or limited by you at any time in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Refer to Google’s policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details.
Users who purchase Remove ads stop seeing any ads and AAID is no longer accessed by the app.
2.3 In-app purchase token (Google Play Billing)
If you purchase the one-time product Remove ads (R$ 29,90), Google Play Billing processes the transaction. We only receive an entitlement token to validate the purchase and unlock the ad-free state locally on your device. We never see or store your payment card information — all payment data is handled exclusively by Google Play.
2.4 Technical data sent to our content server
The app periodically requests catalog updates from https://culpadolag.com.br/api/brookhaven/v1. These requests include only standard HTTP information (IP address, User-Agent, timestamp). We do not log them long-term; access logs rotate weekly. No identifier links these requests to a specific user.
2.5 Local on-device storage
The app stores the catalog snapshot (a JSON file with vehicles, items, etc.) and your preferences (theme, last sync time, purchase status) in the device’s local storage (IndexedDB and shared preferences). This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
2.6 Push notifications (not active in current version)
If a future version enables push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging, an opaque FCM token will be sent to our server so we can alert you about new themes and weather events the app tracks. You may decline the runtime permission on Android 13+. The current published version does not request this permission.
3. What we use data for
- Display ads through Google AdMob (free users only);
- Validate Remove-ads purchases via Google Play Billing;
- Deliver catalog updates to your device;
- Diagnose crashes and improve stability.
4. Who we share data with
We share data strictly necessary with the following partners:
- Google AdMob — banner and interstitial ad serving (see Google’s policy linked above);
- Google Play Billing — in-app purchase processing;
- Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection in front of our content server.
We do not sell your data. We do not share with data brokers. We do not use any analytics SDK that profiles individual users.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep no personal records about you, so there is nothing to delete on the server side. Local data is removed by uninstalling the app or by tapping Settings → Clear cache inside the app.
6. Children’s privacy
Roblox roleplay games are popular with younger players. This app is intended for users aged 13 or older. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data the app interacts with through third parties is the Google AdMob advertising identifier; if you are a parent or guardian and want to limit ad personalization, follow Google’s guidance at support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7572146.
7. Your rights
Under applicable privacy laws (LGPD in Brazil, GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, COPPA in the US for users under 13), you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because the app does not maintain personal records, most of these rights are exercised at the platform level (Google Play, Google Ads).

8. Security
Our content server is hosted on a professional VPS (OVHcloud, Ubuntu) behind Cloudflare with mandatory HTTPS and SSH key-based access. We do not store payment credentials or personal identifiers, removing the most common security attack surface.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Substantive changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
